- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Showed up at my apartment in assisted living with no appointment or advance notice. Did a lot of fast talking as well as preaching. Had specific information on me that he shouldn't have had. Neither my guardians nor I had signed a release form. Told me a flu shot, which I refused, was for the benefit of other residents.
